احكام المسؤولية الادارية المترتبة عن اعمال العنف الرياضي الجماعي: دراسة ميدانية استهدفت رجال قانون منطقة الوسط

هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على أحكام المسؤولية الإدارية المترتبة عن أعمال العنف الرياضي الجماعي. حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة البحث التي شملت على رجال قانون (دكاترة في القانون، قضاة، محامون ) وهذا في منطقة الوسط ، وبالضبط في ثلاث ولايات وهي الجزائر العاصمة، البليدة، عين الدفلى، يحتوي حجم عينة الدراسة من25 رجل قانون مقسمين كالتالي عشرة(10) قضاة وعشرة محامين وخمس دكاترة في القانون حيث تم إختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية.تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي من خلال تطبيق أسئلة إستبيان على العينة، وتم استعمال نتائج الدراسة، على ضوء ما توصلت إليه نتائج هذه الدراسة، ومن خلال الفرضيات المطروحة يمكن أن نستنتج أن المتسبب الرئيسي في أعمال العنف الرياضي هم : الجمهور ، المناصر الرياضيين، الاداريين المسيرين بالإضافة إلى مساهمة رجال الأمن في حالة ارتكابهم أخطاء جسيمة، وعلى هذا الاساس فما يمكن الخروج به كنتيجة هو أن المسؤول عن أعمال العنف يختلف بحسب مرتكب العنف والمتسبب فيه من جهة، ونوع المسؤولية القانونية من جهة أخرى.
