Summary, etc.	يدخل في دراسة مقياس المالية العامة علاوة على الموضوعات المتعلقة بجانب النفقات العامة الإيرادات العامة للدولة وكذا الموازنة العامة، موضوعات تتعلق بفلسفة الدولة ودورها في النشاط الاقتصادي، وتأتي هذه المطبوعة من أجل تقديم إحاطة حول هذا المقياس، وذلك ضمن خمسة محاور رئيسية، وقد جاءت محاور المطبوعة متطابقة مع البرنامج الوزاري المخصص لذلك وكذلك مع البحوث التي تتم معالجتها مع الطلبة خلال السنة. وتندرج هذه المطبوعة أساسا ضمن الدروس الموجه لطلبة السنة الثانية علوم اقتصادية وتجارية وعلوم التسيير كل الفروع، على نحو يتيح للطالب إثراء معارفه فيما يتعلق بموضوعات النفقات العامة، الإيرادات العامة ، الموازنة العامة للدولة وبالإضافة إلى تدخل الدولة في النشاط الاقتصادي . وعليه فقد تم تقسيم محاورها كالاتي: المحور الأول: الإطار النظري لمالية الدولة والنشاط الاقتصادي المحور الثاني: طبيعة وفلسفة المالية العامة النقدية. المحور الثالث: الإطار المفاهيمي للنفقات العامة المحور الرابع: مدخل نظري للإيرادات العامة المحور الخامس: الموازنة العامة. Presentation of the publication: Apart from the topics concerning public spending, public income, and the overall budget, this pedagogical publication delves into the State's ideology and its function in the economy. It offers a five-point summary of this measure. The publication's themes align with both the ministerial curriculum for this purpose and the student research being done throughout the year. This publication is primarily used in second-year economic, commercial, and management science courses across all disciplines, allowing students to deepen their understanding of public spending, public revenue, the state's overall budget, and state intervention in the economy. These chapters have therefore been treated: Chapter1: Theoretical framework for State finance and economic activity Chapter 2: The nature and philosophy of monetary public finance. Chapter 3: Conceptual framework for public expenditure Chapter 4: Theoretical input to public revenue Chapter 5: General budget.
